Latest reviews of Proceedings Magazine app for iPhone and iPad

Still needs work.
Much more convenient, yes - and sincere thanks for making this happen. Hyperlinks go to Safari instead of within app, forcing another log-in. Scrolling is painful. Pauses to load instead of scrolling one minute... then over-reactive to scrolling input the next. Recommend a page-turn method, perhaps - very hard to read as is. Ill add more QA points if I have any.
Get a refund from your developers, USNI
Horrible UI that is inconsistent with other similar apps. Scrolling right to left is a default, unchangeable behavior. Scrolling of articles is slow and jerky, a first for me in any iOS app. Font choice is strange and varies. Icons and logos are not designed with Retina displays in mind and thus look fuzzy. Multiple "loading" progress bars. Sharing options are good, but if the app is set up for offline reading, why even have an option to save to pocket? Fire the developer, USNI. Go with someone who will give you a visually appealing and easy to use app.
Use Newsstand
How about integrating the publications into the Apple Newsstand instead of this standalone application? This would be more convenient for users and may solve some of the other issues noted in previous reviews.
Not ready for prime time
Really horrible coordination with the website so that it is impossible to get a user name that works with the app.
Too Bad You Cant download the App :(
I agree with the last review...The App does not allow you to simply pay for a subscription and read it on your iPad. Instead it requires a "User Name" and separate "Password" just for the App and it is very confusing to say the least as to what you are buying - an e-mail magazine (which is what it seems to be) or one I can open in iBooks (which is what I want). Sorry guys...this is a work in progress :(
